Juan Adames is a Creative an innovative Chef, specialized in French, Italian, Spanish and Continental Fine-Dining Cuisine with more than 20 years of experience.
A Native of Caracas, Venezuela, he lived in Europe during his adolescent years, where he developed a refined taste in food and a great interest for “Haute Cuisine”. After returning to Venezuela, he earned his Master Chef Certification at the High Training Educational Institute in Caracas, under the tutelage of Marc Provost and Pierre Blanchard, two of the most prominent figures in the Venezuelan culinary scene.
Even before graduating, he started working as an Executive Chef at the Office of Minister for External Affairs, catering high-end events for Ministers and his guests.
His success in this position led him to obtain one of the most visible positions for a Chef in his country. For almost 10 years, he became the General Executive Chef of the Venezuelan Presidential Palace. His duties included serving all types of International cuisine for the President and his guests including Foreign Presidents and Royalty and Internationally renowned personalities.
In 2004 he moved to Miami Florida, where he co-founded the Costamar Restaurant, specialized in Spanish Seafood Cuisine and where his Ceasar Salad was named the Best of Miami New Times.
Since 2006, Juan Adames is catering Public and private events big and small.
